If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

When I use it to beg for understanding.

Today I choose to release myself from the confines of requiring someone else to validate me.
I let go of my yearning for approval.
To tell me I belong.
I am home.
I do not deserve to beg.
I will no longer confine myself in that cage.
I am my home.
I am my solace.
I set myself free.
