Do you see yourself as a leader?

I try to lead myself in order to lead by example.

I am by no means doing things the best way, but when I mess up I own it and I am damned sure to reparate.

We cannot be affective leaders if we believe that we are leading because we think we know best. A good leader knows that they are always learning.
