What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

As an emotionally led individual, I am learning to be thankful for the small things as equally as the more recognisable aspects.

It’s not necessarily just the small things either, sometimes it involves facing a difficult situation and using a different lens to view it. Finding small victories or achievements when dealing with it. Reflecting at the end of the day all the ways it didn’t conquer me.

Starting the day afresh is also important for me. Beginning with a level positive resolve that isn’t tainted by past digressions or results.

Be in the moment.

Take one step at a time.

Adaptable goals.
