How do you relax? Breathe. I am learning to breathe through the pain. I am learning to breathe through the anxiety and slow my racing heart. Closing my eyes and focusing on my breath alone. Such a powerful tool.

What does your ideal home look like? My ideal home has nothing to do with structure, nothing to do with visage or curb appeal. Home to me is my safe place, my family. I want to create that feeling for my children and my children’s children.
